Stairmaster? Possible?

I was really bored so I got on my Stairmaster for 15 minutes and it said I burned like 150-200 calories. Is that really possible? Or just a fluke? I think that’s a lot to burn in so little time. (It’s not the kind where you literally climb stairs)

You’re body could have burned more or even less than that. It’s just the national average of how fast people burn calories.

It depends on what intensity the workout was…yes, it’s possible
