Liquid fat, oil, isn’t the same as solid fat. Often it won’t even end up in your tummy, unless you get excessive amounts, and then only after the body spends some effort converting it b/c again it’s not the same. It’s good for you since it provides omega 6 essential fatty acids but it’s hard to digest if you just down a bunch of it. Why not prepare some food with it? Eat fish regularly to provide omega 3 fatty acids to balance it out. Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids are required as a structural component for cell membranes, skin, hair and other things.

Olive oil has lots of omega fats (3,6,9), helps lower bad cholesterol, and gives you plenty of antioxidants. But it is a fat, like ty said 100g of olive oil, gives you 100g of fat.
Olive oil is a healthy fat. The important thing is it must be taken in the right form. Use cold pressed virgin oil and use it raw, NEVER cooked/fried. Pour some olive oil onto your salad, rice or any food… It is VERY healthy, packed with nutrients. Eat it raw with food, but do not drink it.
olive oil leads you to so many diseases from cant be able to recover and this really not healthy..if you really want to drink something than drink health drinks that’s all!!
