Anyone have any good healthy recipes?

I am 27 with 2 children and I am really unhappy with the way I look. I am 5’7 and 148LB and going up…I would really appreciate some suggestions on how to get in shape and any diet tips like maybe good healthy recipes would be great. I am not to big yet but I want to go down in size not up anymore.

Avoid restaurant meals, premade processed foods (which includes all packaged snack foods) and sodas.

If you do that, you’ll probably start losing weight since these are the main sources of most obesity.

Next, cut down/out potatoes, bread, rice, and pasta. These are high calorie low quality foods.

Eat more fish, fresh fruits and veggies (especailly green veggies). Substitute unsweetened tea for soft drinks.

Don’t eat desserts and snacks (unless the snacks are healthy, such as fresh fruits/veggies).

Eat slowly and stop eating when you are no longer hungry.

Switch from butter to olive oil. Also, use olive oil in place of any other type of oil you would normally use for cooking.

Drink plenty of water. It’s needed for your body to burn calories. Also, your body sometimes confuses thirst for hunger and you will feel hungry more if you aren’t getting enough water.

You probably already knew most of this.
