Is it true that if you want to gain weight you should have three tablespoons of olive oil a day?

I was long tossing with a friend yesterday and he said that if I wanted to put on weight easy I should work out and add a tablespoon of olive oil to each of my big meals…is that true

I’ve never heard of that either but I looked it up and it said it could actually help you loose weight, not gain.

Proteins make u gain weight my dear lol i NEVER heard of olive oil making u gain weight in my life either!

I heard that for my sister friend but i am not sure if it works lol I know that it is unhealthy to use too much olive oil and i also know that it will make your face all oily and pimply :)

Any oil is high in calories. oil has about 120 calories/tablespoon. If you want to gain muscle do strength training; there are no dietary tricks to building muscle beyond just eating a varied diet of healthy foods.

I think that burned oil is very unhealthy and fattening..olive oil is very good for us….i think….
