What's a good workout?

does anyone have a good workout routine I could use… about 60 or so minutes would be great…but I will take anything… I am not trying to loose a whole lot of weight…I am just a little self concious about my body…and I want to loose a little bit off my problem areas…and tone up a bit… thanks!!

I weigh 125 and I’m about 5’6’ I think… I’m not taking anything like that…

well first off how much do you weigh and are you taken any kind of supplements like hydroxy cut or any kind of protein?

ok running and abs, for a girl running and an ab workout is best I think if you want to drop a couple of lbs and get that tone but for an ab workout don’t do sit-ups they don’t work out all the muscles to get a nice tone, and go to this web site for an ab workout http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises.htm and for cardio running but for like 45 mins or so I usually do an hr of cardio and then 25-30 mins of ab workout and I’m a guy who plays soccer. but thats what I personally think is best and do lunges to tone the legs out
