insomnia?deppression?honostly?!?

I cant really tell if I have insomnia or depression, and well I dont get to sleep until 11 or 12 at night and usually wake up at 6:00 to 6:30 in the morning. also my allergies have been acting up a lot latly and theyre really starting to bug me, the last time I didnt get enough sleep was about a couple months ago and I got the same amount as I do now I started getting sick, can little sleep get you ill? and one more thing, I've been crying a lot, and on the verge to crying at school, one reson is because my cat has been missing for about three weeks now and my mom seems to love getting me angry, I've got a lot og stress going on and im not sure if its just my body reacting to how much sleep im getting pluss the stress, or just me being me. please HELP ME!!
