Is there a cure for insomnia?

It has been really hard for me to fall asleep lately. I’m super tired by the end of the day, but once I’m in bed can’t fall asleep for a few hours. Then, when I do fall asleep, I wake up throughout the night–and have trouble falling back asleep. It is so hard to get through the day, feeling so tired..it is like an awful cycle. Any advice on how to stop this insomnia?

When you go to bed try not to think about anything stressful. Exercise regulary and eat properly. Before going to sleep have a glass of warm milk or Valerian (herb that really helps - harmless). Use your bed for sleep and/or s.e.x. only. Get rid of all electronic devices in your room during the night - so you won’t look at the time when you can’t fall asleep. Avoid caffeine, alcohol or any other stimulants before bedtime. Hang out with your friends and try to have fun as much as possible, don’t stress yourself for nothing. Relaxation is the key to a good night sleep. Btw if you’re drinking Diet pepsi or coke (anything that has aspartame in it) , quit it. Hope it helps.
