If you have sleeping problems, you need to give up all caffeine - coffee, sodas, etc., as well as processed sugar.

You also need to get rigorous exercise every day (enough to make you sweat for at least 20 minutes), and make sure you get exposed to sunlight for at least 30 min a day.

If you do all that and still can’t sleep, meds are all that’s left.

Answer #2

I’m not addicted on coffee, I’ve good weeks before, but I’ve always had a sleeping problem, like I cant sleep with out my music, but if I try to sleep with it in my ear buds always come out or budge, or a bit of light is on or someone else has music on that I can hear always annoys me to the point where I cant sleep, but I’ll try going w/o coffee for a week

Answer #3

Some people are more affected by caffeine then others, and if you’re one of those people who are sensitive to it it could definitely be the caffeine that’s messing with your sleeping schedule. Try going a week without the coffee (though the first couple days might be hell, caffeine withdrawal headaches are no picnic, trust me) or at least wean yourself off of it. Once you’re not accustomed to it anymore you’ll actually feel more awake without it (and hopefully more tired at bed time).
