Do I have insomnia?

I’ve normally never had problems with falling asleep but over the past 5 days I’ve struggled to get to sleep before 3/4am and struggle to stay asleep until I had to wake up for work and on weekends I’d usually sleep until midday at least but recently woken up in the early morning. Could there be something keeping me up or is there ways to make yourself go to sleep?

Sounds like you do lately. First, try to figure out why. For example: Is something on your mind that you keep thinking about? Or, have you changed your habits?

There are good over the counter sleep aids for temporary use to help you fall asleep. I like sublingual melatonin…………it’s natural and you place it under your tounge. It melts and goes right into your blood stream quickly. Consult with a pharmacist or doctor.

Excersising a couple hours before bed can help too, and of course there are the other things such as making the room dark and quiet as well as trying to go to bed at the same time each night ect. Good luck.
