What's a good exercise that I'll stick with?

I am sort of lazy and needa good execise that I can stick with. I can’t go to the gym either.

Pick something physical to do that is fun. Walking is good, and it can be combined with other things that will help you to stick with it. Bird watching, window shopping while walking through malls, walking your dog, walking other people’s dog (and get paid for it), walking with a friend (and you can help encourage each other). Volenteer to do some sort of active thing, that way others are depending on you and it will help motivate you. Get an outdoor job, like mowing grass, trimming bushes, raking leaves, caring for animals (horses, dogs, whatever). Deliver home newspapers or flyers.

In short, if you do something that isn’t JUST exercise, it will be easier to stay with.
