Is this a good exercise?

I’ve been using this extercise for my stomach?

And I’ve been using this for my legs and arms: Are these good exercises? Why/why not? Will they be effective? If not what sites/exercises would be good?

yea what he said and dont over do the whole upper body and lower body have a rest day and a work out day if you do it everyday..well put it like this you are going to have to work out everyday or if you dont they will end up in mush

As long as you exercise each major muscle group with the exercise you’re doing, and stretch pre / post exercise, you’ll be fine.
