What's a good cardio-vascular exercise?

I HAVE LIFTED WEIGHTS FOR 6 MONTHS AND I NEED TO LOOSE A BIT OF BODY FAT AND WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD TELL ME GOOD CARDIO-VASCULAR EXERCISES
