I want to tighten up my buns.

What are some ways at home that I can tighten my butt, as well as tighten my things and build muscle?

Oh I saw your picture your gorgeouszzz by the way hun!

It says you want it bigger…if you want it bigger you’ll have to workout less but it has to be intensive.So lets say only 45 minutes at the gym 3 days a week.Say mon,wed,fri with intervals.

You can do all of the above exercises but only do one type till you can’t do it anymore.Full failure.Make sure you really can’t lift a single muscle but please be cautious about the weights don’t get so tired you pass out and injure yourself.

When you do this the next day your body is gonna feel like hell..and you’l feel sore all over your legs thighs butt that burning aching sensation.Don’t worry thats a good thing.What’s important is during that rest day YOU DON”T WORK OUT.Because that’s when your muscles are going to grow and get bigger.Make sure you eat well too.

It will be tighter also and get bigger.If you just want it to grow tighter than just workout normally everyday for long sessions.You’d end up with a tight bun but not a bigger one.

Ok, so you obviously got to the gym or do some pilates that will give you good muslce.

but, for the bum area plenty of walking, swimming, pilates,ETC.

Ride a bicycle for about half an hour…It focuses on burning fat in the thigh area

At he gym: Leg presses=Quads

                Dumbbell lunges both short and long=Quads and hamstrings
                Squats with either dumbbel or barbell behind your back=Quads
                Thugh abductor and addcutor machine= to tighten your inner and 
                outer thighs.
                 Leg extensions=Your lying on your front and your curling your leg up and unto your butt.

Okay this worked for my aunt, walk on your butt across the floor, it sound totally stupid but it have her a perfect but and it worked her hamstrings too. also another at home work out is hanging on to a chair and raising one leg back to a horizontal angel really pulls the butt and the outer thighs, and you can do it to the sides as well. hope I was of some help
