How do you tighten muscles?

Okay, I know I am not fat. Im actually very skinny considering I dont do any sports. But I have no muscle at all and I just want to tighten them a little so I dont feel so “flabby” how can I do this? Ddoes yoga help? Or stretches?

to work your arms just get weights. hold your arms out to the side for a couple seconds then slowly bring them down and keep repeating that. To tighten your abs all you have to do is situps but very slow. And stop for about 5 seconds in the middle of the sit up. It helps A LOT.

doing lateral raises with 7 pound dumbbells is a bad idea for overall muscle gain

Yoga and Pilate’s DO help, do not listen to him. Geez.

Anyways. Here’s some other ways to gain muscle. -Crunches -Jogging -Lift Weights -Squats -Bicycling -Bench Presses -Punching Bags -Aerobics -Eating a better diet will help you also
