I want to fit in my jeans

ok so tomorrow I start my diet but today iam eating evrything I want candy, ice cream and lots fo chocolate I love sweets because then I know I wont be able to snack on all that so my question is is this the right thing to do??

You shouldn’t cut the sweets out completely. If you do, you’re going to crave it more and won’t stick to your diet. Get things that are sweet, but not as bad for you, like a Chewy bar. What I did at first, was every now and then, if I had a bad craving, I would eat 1/4 cup of ice cream. Good Luck!

That and dieting is wong to do. A diet is something you do until you lose weight and then you stop. You’re going to just gain all that weight back anyways, so don’t bother. Come up with a plan to eat better and stick to it forever. You don’t have to cut out sweets all together. You just have to eat less of them and more of healthy stuff.

you have to get in a mindset that once you decline sweets..you notice you have control over your self…try chewing gum and drinking lots of water…your desire for sweets shood subside slightly.
