Fitness needed for ex alcoholic

I would like 2 get really fit but want know what is the best and safest way 2 do it I am now abstinent and am pretty healthy does anyone know?

If you are healthy - you shouldn’t have any problems with you being a past alcoholic when it comes to excercising.

Just walk for an hour a day or jog. Walk upstairs for 30 mintues a day. Do some bench presses, and eat right.
