I don't want to be fat anymore

I don’t want to be fat anymore! I’m 133 pounds and I’m not happy about it. Is there any way I can lose 10 pounds this week? If not week than 2 weeks or 3 weeks? Is 500 calories healthy, or is it bad? My cousin said it would be okay, but I didn’t know. And how many pounds would I lose? I just want flat abs and firm thighs.

go to my pyramid tracker.com drink lots of water, no dry, fried or salty foods fruits vegatibles and lean meat 133 doesen’t sound fat though…

500 calories a day? thats tooo little. you’re body cant function well on 500 a day. its bad for you.
