I think my dad will take the baby..

If I am pregnant I have the worst feeling my dad is going to make me give the baby away, Get an abortion, or give it to him. Because I’m 16 and I have no job, no way to support a baby, and I don’t even have my license yet. But I mean if I do turn out to be pregnant,I will do all of those things and be serious about it. I want to keep the baby, And the father does have a steady job, a license, a place that I could live with him too. And If I am and I get a job and my license too, I think we’d be able to support our baby…

I live in Alabama [they laws a different in every state]

So my questions are:

Can he take the baby? Can I be forced to get abortion? Can I get emancipated?

I had more but I’ve forgotten them… -sigh-

I really want to keep the baby.

Please give me serious answers and don’t tell me to wait till I take the test, I need to know this now…

–no he can not take your baby!! im 14 and pregnant and that was my worst nightmare! having to give my baby to my mother, but thank god, they cant do that –I dont think he could make you get an abortion, but im not sure about that one if I where you, id look it up! –I think you could get yourself emancipated, but youd probably have to get a job first id look that up too! hope I helped in some wayy, even though I didnk know much, sorry

I was 15 when I had my 1st and noone can take your baby its your not theres

You can never be forced to have an abortion. That is your child so really it is your decision what happens to it.

Your father can’t take the baby, and he cant force you to abort.

Talk to a lawyer about emancipation…given there’s a child involved and the father seems responsible enough, it may be granted.

my girlfriends was 16 when we had our first bab why and her father tried to take the baby but the judge just laughed at him and said that no judge will give your baby to him.. its your baby and there nuthin anybody can do bout it… so theres no chance
