I'm HUNGRY! what can I eat?... ( on this diet )

I’m hungry and I’m on a raw foods diet. I cannot have anything that is cooked! any creative ideas on a raw- foods meal? I know a lot of foods I can eat on this diet.. what do you think are some raw- but filling foods ?

drink unsweetend iced tea! its like water, but it fills you up and celery, burns more calories that it has. serious weight loss there. oh and light soups. with low fat ritz!

probably the better question is to evaluate why you are on a raw foods diet. Most of the stuff mentioned by amblessed I don’t think qualifies as raw. If I could suggest one thing I would say sashimi. Sashimi is just the fish, it comes with rice on the side.

Your best bet is to include nuts in your diet if you don’t already. I have some issues eating nuts on an empty stomach, you might as well. Also, if it is allowed I suggest learning how to prepare steelcut oats. Just add hot water and let it sit for a while (quite a while if I recall), add some sweetener, and it is very filling.
