What diet pills work best? Over the counter I mean.
im an athlete and I have been skinny my whole life but most of my friends that aren't athletes were on the heavy side. I've gained about 5-10 pounds over the last year that I want to lose so I can get a six pack and what I did was slim fast in the morning and then 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones, cut out all the fast food and make the food from home urself no packaged stuff. Drink lots of water. Sometimes your thinking your hungry but your just thirsty. But when you drink water a lot it will make you weight more cause of the water but then it will flush everything out and then you will drop weight try going on runs a few times a day and dont eat when your not hungry like if you start to eat something like even an apple if you take a bite and your not hungry put it down and when you feel hungry it might only take 5 minutes take another bite. It worked for me and now im 140 pounds and have a six pack !! Good luck I know youll do great
if I were you then I would just go on a diet. diet pills are not healthy for you
