I just keep eating

please help im always hungry I just keep eating last night for dinner I had basically a whole lasanya bout 13 roast carrots 15 roast potatos a bowl full of brocolii heaps of roast pumpkin before dinner bout 5 mins before I had 6 weat bix after dinner I had bout 7 weat bix then after dinner ate 2 bags of ships 2 boxes of shapes etc im always hungry please stop me from eating im putting on a lot of weight and my moms forcing me to get a preg test because my bellys biggger and I vomit in the morning and feel sick all day what do I do

you need to keep eating regulary, but less amounts, try and do something which will keep your mind off food.

go to the dr. if you’re not pregnant it could be a tape worm or an eating disorder.

well first off…your probably throwin gup because of all that food, and second…what your doing is binging basically, because usually when I binged, I wud eat like almost that much, but not even …but anyways. yeah your just binging. usually bingers purge after binging. im not telling you to throw up or use laxatives after eating so much, just like slow down while you eat, then you cud probably eat less, and excercise a lot a lot more. and drink tons of water.

and if you seriously cant handle not eating, then cover your mouth, run into your room, and lock urself ther so you dont eat so much. I had to cover my mouth with tape to try to stop my horrible binging habits, but I still throw up but thats out of subject but yeah

I agree with kmom, you may want to go see a doctor. If nothing is wrong though, drinking a lot of water like silent screams said is a good idea. Occupy your time with something else so that you don’t think about food. Make a schedule for yourself, and keep yourself on it, dinner is only a half an hour, stop eating at that half an hour. If you don’t eat less you’ll eat really fast. The vomiting after could just be that you’re eating so fast that your stomach doesn’t realize you have enough food yet so you eat more and then there’s too much so it needs to expel. But find other things to occupy yourself with. There are a thousand grerat books out there and reading never really hurts. You could go running, take ear sets so you can concentrate on music instead of the pain in your legs. If there is a pool near you, you can swim. It is especially good for you because you can do anaerobic and arobic exercises. You don’t really get hot or sweat because you’re in the water and everything is smooth.
