How to tone body properley?

Do you need to change your diet when trying to tone down and what are the best stomach exercises?

An ideal diet (for working out) is where you reduce your carb, sugar, saturated fat, and sodium intake, increase protein consumption (slightly), and round it off with plenty of healthy fruit and veg. Cut out junk food, fried food, sugary or carbonated drinks (that includes diet drinks).

Exercising your stomach isn’t really the key here, if you want to tone, you want to exercise your WHOLE body, core muscles incuded. The more muscle groups your exercise, the more fat you will burn. The concept of localized fat burning is A MYTH. Fat is burned evenly across your entire body. If you have regular cardiovascular exercise with proper diet, you’ll have noticeable results in areas with thin layers of fat FIRST, and areas with thick layers LAST. Exercising areas with thicker layers more often, WILL NOT change this.

yes you do need to change your diet ( assuming you have an un-healthy diet by the nature of the question?). if someone works out everyday but eat so much junk food then the likleyhood is that you won’t ever see their abs or their muscles because they’re hiding behind ayers of fat. You need to find a balance.
