How to release anger and stress?

So I keep getting soo stressed about little things, and it reallyy annoys me and I feel like punching someone or trashing my room. :/ does anyone have some suggestions?

Yoga is good for relaxation. They teach you proper stretching techniques and how to meditate most efficiently. But if you don’t have the patience for that, exercising is always a good stress reliever. And it’s good for you. Try going for a run around town. It’s a good way to sight-see too.

Well… you cud.. Punch a pillow.. maybe write how you feel… oh a good one is ripping paper.. make sure to clean it up.. Get playdough or clay use that you can squeeze it and tear it.. try it :) Gud luck :) (Btw don’t hurt anyone)
