What do you do to release your anger?

What do you do to release your anger? I have a hard time in this area…dont know how to positively deal with anger…

Wrestle, box, skateboard, & scream my lungs out in a pillow!!! Lol! I do whatever I feel like doing that doesn’t hurt anybody. Stress releif varies with many different people! And it also helps you find your calling… don’t get mad >:( get glad!>:)!!!

I just take a deep breath, put on a soft voice, smile and tell myself that I have calmed down and that its ok. Then I tell myself that it is not neccessary to be angry. And it is especially not neccessary to allow my anger to manifest

I’ll write, listen to music or go to my room. If Im at school or outside my house, I’ll just take a deep breath and smile.

Write, Listen to Music, Go Shopping, Talk to my fiance, I also bought a punching bag, you would not believe how much that helps. lol
