How to put on some weight

Hi. I’m 15 years old next month. I’m 5ft 5in roughly. I weigh 106 pounds / 7.8 stone roughly. I eat a fairly healthy diet. I don’t exercise enough but I’m working on that. I’m a bit curvy but I’d like to be slightly larger. What food and exercise should I be doing? I’m size 8 to 10 in tops because my boobs are 32C and I’m size 6 on bottoms but all my jeans and skirts in size 6 are really baggy! Thanks.

hey girlfriend, man you tiny. I wish I was as tiny as you. if you really reckon youre a little skinny, eat some more chocolates, hot chips, lollies etc per week. you will gain weight moremybe you should exercise a little as well. youll get a little more muscle onto your bones!

hello, I am quite skinny to but I perfer the term thin the thing is to eat everything you are now but a little more of it say if you have one orange maybe have two also I do kickboxing which has helped me put on muscle, it helps, :D
