Why cant I put on weight help!!!?

Ok im 6 foot nuthing my weight goes from 140 to 150 pounds and back again and a day. I would really like to sit around 165 170 But cant seem to gain weight at all. I eat 7kg’s of pasta a day? (is that bad or good for gaining weight)? I lift 40 pound blocks all day for my job so im building hella muscle. Can some one please give me advice on putting on weight/more muscle mass. Thank you

simply, your eating a lot of carbs. thats good for energy and fat, but does little for increasing muscle mass. for that you should be getting plenty of protein, thats what your muscles are made from and you need it to make them bigger. its especially helpful if you can eat a small to medium sized snack after working out that is very high in protein. also, if you can find out what your metabolism is (and by the sound of it, its pretty high) you want to increase it by 1000 - 2000 calories per day. hope you found that helpful.
