How to lose stomach fat?

How can I lose stomach fat? I do sit-ups everyday but its not working=[

Is there another exercise I can do to flatten my stomach?? Please help anyone

CARDIO !!

it’s not so much about about making those muscles bigger…it’s more about stripping the fat around your abs so that your muscles show through. and you do that with cardio.

I tried pilates this semester and I absolutely loved it! It targets your stomach so much! But if you can’t afford a Pilates dvd I would say cardio cardio cardio! Running is definently going to help you lose stomach fat!

To lose stomach fat, you have to reduce stress in your life as well as foods/substances that cause stress, and you have to burn more calories than you take in.

You don’t lose fat by exercising muscles near that fat. You lose fat by eating less than you burn. The distribution of that fat is determined by genetics and stress.

Higher stress levels (to include stress induced by substances like alcohol, nicotine, drugs, caffeine, refined sugar and and saturated fats) cause fat to accumulate in your mid section.
