How to lose your stomach fat?

I just want to lose my stomach fats. I do not want to lose big butt. I am in fear that if I exercise too much and lose much weight, my butt will reduce as well. Is there any way or any exercise to help me maintain my butt size?

Hi,

It’s not possible to gain or lose weight in targeted areas without it possibly affecting other areas as well. If you gain weight it could go anywhere, if you lose it, it could come from anywhere. Just the luck of the draw! Your best bet is just staying healthy and fit, no matter what is ‘big’ or ‘small’ enough for you!
