im 14 and I way 147 pounds.im super fat and I really want to lose as much as I can in 2 weeks before I go back to school.im willing to do anything to lose weight.I’ve tried a whole mess of stuff to lose weight but nothing works .I need help I hate being fat.its totally killing me!

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

147 pounds is not “super” fat. You need to gain some confidence doll.

As for how to loose weight. Follow some easy rules and you will be suprised at how much you loose.

-Make water our primary drink after breakfast - juice for breakfast -No Soda’s -No fried foods - only grilled or baked -No buttery flavorings - use hot sauce and spices instead -Walk for an hour a day -walk up and down stairs for 15 mintues a day -Cut out the carbs

Some healthy food ideas:

-Use lettuce instead of bread, take a piece of lettuce and put some turkey and mustard in it - wrap it up and eat. -Pita bread chicken wraps -Carrot sticks and hummus -Fruits and Veggies -Sliced Bell Peppers dipped in cottage cheese and hotsauce -Frozen Grapes -Take a banana, dip it in yogurt, and freeze it. -Freeze orange juice - eat it like sorbet -Low fat jello -Rice cakes with light cream cheese spread on top -Salads - no dressing, use vinegar instead.

you need to eat helahtily and exerscise reguarly thats the only thing thats works and if you dont stick to that, it wont work also in two weeks only expect to loose aroun 5 pounds or less any more would be unrealistic and probably dangerouse
