How much weight could I lose in 2 weeks?

Hey =]. Before I ask anything, I just want to make it clear, I dont want any rude or horrible comments. Please.

I am a UK size 8/10, I am 14 years old and I weigh around 130Ibs (9stone 5Ibs). I really want to become size 4 as soon as I can. How much weight do I need to loose to achieve this, and how long will it take? Lets say, for two weeks, I stuck to eating an apple (60 calories) every morning and a bowl of salad (50 calories) or steamed vegetables like carrots, peas and brocoli (80 calories) for my dinner. Did 1 hour of walking and 50 situps everymorning, and another 3 hours walking during the day. How much would I loose in the 2 weeks? Or have you got something better for me to try out? … exercise try this my friends LOST SOO much weight from this Dance Dance Revolution for the PS2 one of my friends has lost OVER 30 POUNDS!!! So as long as you stay away from fast food, sweets, and greasy foods you’ll loose so much weight in a good amount of time. I’ve’e lost 2 the first 3 days AND drink lots of water Fact: Drinking 10 glasses of water burns 300 cals

hmm…how many lb do you have to lose to drop a clothes size? I heard once it was 10lb.
