Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!

You are only 13, so don’t go by BMIs. They are for Adults between 18 and 65 years of age.

According to he Adult weight chart (can’t use the Teen one because it doesn’t allow for your height), you should weigh between 122 and 148 pounds.   Normal Adult Height-Weight Range Table

If you really think that you are “overweight”, then I think you might be or be borderline anorexic. That is an eating disorder that you don’t want to let develop. It can destroy your body and even cause death. Please take a look at the eating disorder link below to gain a little insight about your situation.

actually you are majorly underweight. you should consume like 2,500 calaories a day for a little while untol you hit at least 125 or 130 then go down to 2,000 a day. I know your friends probably weigh less than you but I bet most of them are shorter than you 2! you are really tall so you should weigh much more than what you do!

Answer #3

You definatly don’t need to lose weight. But you should be consuming 2,000 calories a day d=most definatly. you are actually UNDERWEIGHT for your height you should weigh 140 pounds or 135 pounds. But don’t lose weight just eat 2,000 calories and you’ll be all good. just make it healthy =)

Answer #4

Answer #5

Your BMI is 17.5, you are severely underweight. You do not need to be losing weight…

Answer #6

For sedentary people: Weight x 14 = estimated cal/day

For moderately active people: Weight x 17 = estimated cal/day

For active people: Weight x 20 = estimated cal/day

Note: Moderately Active is defined as 3-4 aerobic sessions per week. Active is defined as 5-7 aerobic sessions per week.

Answer #8

You’re going to need to stop paying attention to your weight and start looking at the bigger picture, because weight is just one number among many. 115 pounds might be overweight for a person 2 feet tall, but for a 5’7” girl, as ty said, it’s severely underweight.

You’re at the age when your body is going to kick into it’s adult shape. That means its going to do its damedest to round out your hips, legs, breast – you know, the girl bits. You’re weight should be going up, not down, unless you want to end up looking like a Suzanne Sommers poster child.

Since you’re also on the tall side for girls, your ideal weight is not going to be the ideal weight for everyone else. A 5’2” girl can get away with weighing 110 pounds. You’re going to put your health at risk if you try it. Strive for health, not a number.
