I’m going to start watching my weight. How many calories should I have each day?

usually between 1500 and 2000 calories a day and try to eat more fruits and also more salads! and also do some excercises and eat maybe about 3 of those small 100 calorie packs during the day

all I know is that you should have 1400-1500 calories thats all and you should have 3 meals and 2 snacks and do some exercises and ull l ose about 4to 8 kilos in like 3 to 4 weeks hope I helped
