How long will it take for me to lose 110 pounds?

How long will it take to lose 110 pounds with 3 30 minute workouts and mostly fruit and vegatable diet???

you made the number one mistake most people make. eating one meal a day or only a one food group diet it actually slows down your metabolism and could make it so you dont lose weight. your suppose to have 6 meals a day, 3 big and 3 small, every 3 to 4 hours.

if you want to lose weight I suggest you eat plain chicken, salad, cottage cheese, and lots of fruit. have a glass of water before, during, and after each meal/snack. it will keep you really full :]

as for exercise, that could work, but it might bore you to death. switch what your doing every day or so. do upper body workout mon, lower tues, rest weds, etc.

my family runs a bodybuilding/vitamin health store so I know a lot about this stuff, and im currently working with a body builder trainer to lose weight and stay fit so if you need help ill be glad to lend you a hand :D

if you follow this you could lose anywhere from 10 to 40 lb a month, it really depends what you do. so you could lose 110 in anywhere from around 4 months to 12
