How long does it take to lose 20 pounds?

How quickly can I lose 20 pounds? What kind of food should I eat, and what should I stay away from? What are some excersises that I can do? How can I control cravings?

Last time I visited London I went to a seedy bar in Soho and I lost more than 20 pounds in less than 10 minutes. Never ever leave money sticking out of your back pocket in crowded public places.

Stay away from Soda and Fast food!!

The best thing to do is have 6 small meals rather than 3 large meals! With healthy snacks in between!!

hmm..well diferent diets will vary in the amount of time it takes to lose pounds…eat fruits and vegies and drink lots of water! I cant control my cravings so I cant help you on that! lol but you dont look like you need to lose lbs! =]

To lose 20 lbs healthily… no less than 10 weeks. (if you lose more than 2 lbs a week, you’re losing more muscle than fat)

Well it really depends on what your Motabolism is( faster motabolism = faster weight loss) but usually with a normal motabolism you should lose 20lbs in about 1 - 2 months using a heathy diet and exercise plan.I really hope I was able to help.
