how long will it take to lose weight?

how long will it take to lose 1 stone (14 pounds) if I go swimming once a week an go gym for a hour and eat a meal or two a day with out snacking? I weigh 8_10 (122 lbs) and I’m 5 ft 3/

You are fine! Don’t loose any weight okay.If you loose anymore weight it may make you look sick or malanourished.You’re fine the way you are.If you want to tone that’s totally diff.If you’re not very tone right now and you got tone it would look like you lost 10-12 lbs.But you’d also still look healthy.

if I were you I wouldnt just eat a meal or two a day without snacking. im about 5’3 as well and I used to weigh about 135lbs I now weigh 115lbs and I did that by just walking a lot on stairs and not eating too much junk food. dont stop snacking, just snack on healthy stuff like apples or something. and eating one or two meals a day just malnourishes you, plus eating a good breakfast before you start your day actually helps you by jumpstarting your metabolism so you burn more fat off in a day. hope I helped, good luck

don’t do that to yourself!! you will end up hating yourself, you can ruin your reproductive system, and you are going to have self esteem issues forever!!! just be healthy!!!

Your metabolism would crap out and you’d end up gaining a lot of weight after. If you don’t eat enough food when losing weight then it will came back again!!! Eat healthy and do 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise… …and then you won’t feel hungry and will look ATHLETIC!! Thats the way easier and usually faster way to lose weight. 1200 cals a day at the least.
