How do I tighten my bod!!
Okay, im a twenty year old female, about 5’4” 116 lbs. I’m not fat by any means but I do need to tighten up my thighs and butt, and abs a little. I’m not much of a gym person so I was wondering if I ran a mile everyday on my treadmill and did some ab workouts, first will it do anything for me? And second how long will it take?
