Does exercise really tighten up that loose skin after birth?

Does loose skin every really go away? If yes, then what does it take? Thanks

Exercise and a proper diet can help you loose the weight and a bit of the loose skin, however childbirth and being pregnant can really mess up the elasticity of your skin. Be sure to use a firming lotion on the areas twice a day, it will help your skin gain its elasticity back. Excercise and focus on your stomach area…it takes time and patience but youll see improvement over time if you put in the work.
