So I've been on a low carb diet for about 2 months, I go to the gym about 5-6 days a week. But I'm really fat and I feel like I'm not losing anything anymore like I used to. I want to lose 10 or more pounds a week. How can I do this? I don't want to eat a lot of carbs either. I'm tired of being fat and not having friends because of it. I've thought about the whole starving thing...again, but this time, I go to the gym. That could work, but I don't know. Here's a pic of me up here. See? It looks like I'm not losing anything. Help, somebody! Anybody...? Btw, I'm 18.
if you want to lose weight , try to eat healthy food all week until sunday , then treat yourself to whatever you want ( eat it in moderation if it's unhealthy ) , and try drinking water instead of sodas , and if you don't want just water , try propel , but don't drink vitamin water it has more sugar and calories than a can of cola , or try life water . As for excercising , keep going to the gym , but don't go 5-6 days a week , just try 2-3 days so you don't over do youself , and it'll probably save you some money , and after you work out , don't drink soda because it will make you gain more weight and ( not to put you down ) losing 10 pounds a week can be impossible , try going for 5 - 7 pounds , it would be easier for you , I hope you lose weight , good luck !
