How do I loose weight in 5 months

I think I am growing a bit too fat and very soon I’ll be travelling back to my country so I don’t want people saying that I look too fat. Actually, I’m not really a sports person so what am I going to do to achieve that?

Answer #1

It’s simple - eat healthy and exercise. There is no fast healthy way to loose a lot of weight. It takes work and determination to actually achieve that goal.

Only drink water, cut out the carbs (white foods), no fried foods, walk an hour a day, and you will be suprised at how much you will loose.

running :] , if you have a dog it’s best 2 run with it, do bout 20 sit ups a day , eat fruits/veggies/grains/protein/milk , limit urself on junk food, dancing is also a great way 2 loose weight, dance 2 something with a lot of beat like hip hop or something.

but when you run don’t start off fast, start with a jog, run 4 bout 1hr. a day & u’ll see improvement :) HOPE I HELPED ! ! !

I’m trying to lose weight too. I’m losing weight pretty fast. And what I’m doin’ is: -Stay busy around the house. Clean something. Try not to sit down very much. -I’m on a 1500 calorie max diet. You could try that. -Drink water.

I’m not a physical person. I hate sports. But instead of running or doing some type of sports you could just move around a lot. Like if you have to stand for a while. Keep shifting your weight to each leg. But I hope it works out!

How to LOSE weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn’t gain your weight overnight so don’t expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
