How can I loose weight on month ?

I am 49 years old and I will like to lose 20 pounds on a month and a healthy way I don’t want to use pills to lose weight. and I want to do it for me not for any bodyelse. please, Thank You.

Well im 15 and lost 15 pounds for wrestling in a month and it is all about determination… You just got to NOT… NOT EAT FATTY FOODS! Before an excercise try having a luna bar 15 mins before… eat some rice or pasta an hour before for energy… Start of each morning with a jog and try and work out at least an hour a day… it isnt as easy for you tho probs because you have a job and I have a bunch of free time.. But if you rele want to lose all this weight in a month it takes determination
