How do you loose 15 lbs in a month?

I know it sounds dumb but I feel uncomfortable with me weight so I wanna loose it , im about 5’5 5’6 & weigh 130 , so you should help me , thanks

Try the raw diet.

ONLY raw fruits and vegetables and pure juices. Nothing with a lot of sugar and PLENTY of water. Then do a workout. Nothing big and strenuous. Just walking or riding a bike. Depending on your weight now, most people on this diet tend to lose between a half pound to a pound a day.
