how do I bulk up?

what would be the best way to get a nicer body so the girls like it? I bench press 40kg and do 25kg barbell on my arms and do lots of other weights and weighted crunches. what should I be eating and lifting and doing?

Well what type of body are you are you skinny or husky if you skinny load up on calories and protein. Since you looking for size then when you work out get dumbles where you can do 5-10 reps and lift till you cant anymore once you can do 10 easy reps buy a heavier dumbell and always have rest if you overtrain youll get weaker
