Bulking on sets and reps which routine

hey , im stuck on my old routine I made some massive gains but they are slowing down now I useually stuck to 3 main excersises per part with reps and sets of 8 x 4 or 6 x 3 , now what should I do to start gainning big again. I have the ability to develop large ammounts of muscle and awesome genetics. I just would like someone to help me with a new routine.

If the routine has been working for you, it might not need to be changed.

It might be time to increase your weights.

Why not try increasing the intensity of your workouts a notch or two higher? Most of the time, our body goes into a plateau once it gets accustomed to the kinds and intensity of exercises and routines you usually do. Once this happens, there is little to no benefit at all gained from working out. Aside from trying out different higher intensity workouts, you can also try improving your performance and training by investing in workout supplements.
