How can I stop hating exercise and start loving it?

I just can’t trick myself into liking exercise..I’m too lazy and I have 20 extra pounds to lose in 2 months.Help me!!! xoxo

Start off small. Go on a walk everyday. If you have extra money go buy a wii. I heard those are great for exercise. Listen to music. It motivates people. make a list of all the reasons you want to/need to exercise. Eat healthier smaller portiions if you dont want to exercise, or maybe even if you do.

Music is the best way to get through a tedious workout.

Load whatever kind of music gets you worked up and then exercise yourself into a sweaty frenzy listening to it.

well stop being lazy git and get up and do some exercise lol

walking is a form of exercise so just go for a 30min walk everyday :)
