How to stop hating my body weight?

Okay I am very skinny because I fell ill a year ago and my body weight just dropped drastically and I no longer can practice martial arts or do too much long intense exercise…I am very upset because my normal body weight really made me happy with myself…I been working out every morning since I was 7 and its a second nature for me… Remiscing now I just looked very athletic and fit back a year ago…now suddenly I’ve joined the ranks of those anorexic looking girls on tv…and it’s very upsetting to me!I’m doing my best to eat a lot of calories and lift weights but I suffer from extremely negative body image right now that affects my everday life…sometimes I feel like im not even mhuman but most people don’t see that they tell me I look good just a bit skinny but nothing to be ashamed off…they tell me I got a good behind and bigger hips that kinds of help me not to look like too skinny…my husband thinks im beautiful…my mum…well mums always have something to protest on..lol…

Anyways it stops me from even going to the gym because I feel so much low self esteem that I look bad with this weight on…how do I battle that…I want my healthy body back and but it’s hard battling this body image that hinders me from even going to the gym?

Well maybe try getting your body weight up a little more and stop the exercising for a little whil it will be hard to stop if its second nature to you, and it will be a bumpy road, but first you need to focus on getting your body weight up. But do it slowly and healthy, not fast or you can gain to much weight and not be able to lose it again. Also try selfesteem boosters like telling your self your beautiful or read things that are uplifting, or selfesteem boosting daily quotes that make you feel good, and do things for yourself like takinbg long hot relaxing baths with lots and lots of bubbles, or read a good book. Do things that relax you and take your mind of your weight because stressing to much over it can make you lose weight and not gain it, so do things that relax you and take your mind off of it, and if the not being able to exercise thing is to hard don’t do hard workouts just go for walks.
