When is exercise too much?

I am practically obsessed with working out and I don’t know why. How much is too much exercising? I love to workout and stuff because it makes me feel good but when is that you need to stop and take a break because I can go forever exercising.

well if you r very fit than it shud take a while to slow you down, the truth is I cant tell u, your body can thou, when your excersisng dont push urself so that you r puking or just pass out, really if you eat healthy and dont push your body to the point that it feels like its bout to collapse than you shud be fine =]

If you are exercising more than 2 hours / day and more than six days / week…and not eating properly then yes, this sounds like it could be a problem.

However, you didn’t mention how often you’re exercising nor what exercise you ARE doing….so odds are you’re not overdoing it.
