how can i stop eating fatty junk foods

in between meals i eat liek crazy. im not over weight but i would like to loose weight all over. but i don’t know how to stop eating junky fatty foods in between meals. and i dont eat healthy becuase i dont know what to eat and how much and all that. does anyone know how i can stop the habbit of eating in between meals and a diet plan that they could send me of something?

um diets arent neccissary!!!!just eat better .and you eating alot either means you have a fast metabolisim or a healthy appetite.try eating fruits….like grapes,or strawberries,or watermelon with cottage chese,apples with peanutbutter,carrots and ranch,mangoes with lemon,toematos with salt lime and chilly,oranges….ect.um and have only like 3 things a week…fatty things…like chips or a snickers. play sports…not because u need to but because theyre fun….no rules just the basic 1ns……..go play b-ball with your friends,volley with the girls,football with the boys,baseball with either,swuim and play games in the pool.have fun!!!!and dont stress about loosin the weight …trust me itll seem faster if you dont …and b4 u realize ull be getting compliments from every1.oh and if you need to or like to eat at night….have like a glass of milk and a pb&j sandwich.but try not to eat after 10 ok. good luck -v-
