What types of food should I or should I not eat to lose weight real fast?

Just cut what you would normally eat in half and try to stay away from sweets and snacks. Drink lots of water and try to excersise at least thirty minutes every day. Also, statistic’s show that a little chocolate every once in a while is actually healthy for you so reward yourself with a little chocolate every once in a while. Good luck! ~Alanna

Why do you need to loose weight so fast? Are you trying to make weight for wrestling? Trying to look good for an upcoming date? or are you just sick of being overweight and want to end it ASAP?
