Answer #1

to ifeelcrazy123: People say that soya milk aids growth, its to do with the stuff in it, it helps the hormones. I know that breasts are made out of tissue!!!

Answer #2

No such thing.

If you’re overweight, then losing weight will also decrease the size of your breasts, but other than that, the only method is surgery.

Answer #3

Well if you drink soya milk then that would be a good thing to stop. It probably wont make them smaller but it should slow growth etc. apart from that, I cant think of anything. :)

Answer #4

Well, wearing a Bra to bed makes it so your boobs dont grow. I dont know of any such food that will help with that

Answer #5

Well, there’s nothing you can do to make them smaller other than losing weight or getting surgery. And wearing a bra to bed does not make them stop growing. I mean, I have clothes on most of the time and none of my other body parts have randomly stopped growing.. =/

Answer #6

Most of breast size relys on genetics, losing weight may help but then again it may not, everyone’s body is different. You’ll have to make a commitment to losing weight for it to be really effective, but if you lose too much, that won’t be very attractive either, so if you want to get really serious about this, surgery is all I can say.

Answer #7

katiesalked, what on earth does drinking milk have to do with breast size?

Breasts are made out of breast tissue not milk

As dizzy pointed out, breast size is determined largely by genetics. Unfortunately the only way to get them smaller is to lose weight (however this does not always reduce breast size) and surgery. Nothing else will help.
