How to stop being ashamed of what I eat?

I eat loads of junk when nobody’s around then always reject food when its offered. I think for some reason I’m ashamed of what I eat :S How can I stop this?

there’s no miracle cure. you just have to make a conscious effort to eat food around other people. next time you say no to food, change your mind and take some. life’s all about growing, and you only do that by stepping out of your comfort zone. who knows, maybe you’ll even grow to like it…

I used to do the same thing because I was always on diets. wait…I still do it. But, now I’ve just stopped eating. but I still have little binges and I hate that, but I’m fat so it’s all good. It’s hard to stop, but whenever you feel like eating junk food ask yourself “do I really want to eat this? and do I need this?” Eat when it’s offered to you that way you probably won’t be hungry enough to the point that you go and secretly eat junk food.
